Lake Fork Reservoir
Located approximately five miles west of Quitman, Texas and about a 1
1/2 hour drive of Dallas, Tyler and Longview, Texas. Lake Fork at full
level covers 27,690 acres of thick vegetation and timber. The lake was
opened for fishing in the fall of 1980 and since then has gained a
reputation as the number one trophy bass lake in Texas. An intensive
fish-management program along with "catch & release" are some of the
reasons Lake Fork claims 37 of the top 50 big bass in the state of
Texas.

Rob Woodruff is a full-time fly fishing guide, fly designer and fly
fishing instructor. He specializes in guiding anglers on some of the
most famous and productive east Texas lakes, as well as Oklahoma's
Mountain Fork River, all located within 200 miles of Dallas.
Woodruff has been fly fishing for over 30 years and guiding since
1992. He has a degree in Entomology and teaches seminars on
entomology for fly fishers as well as a variety of other fly fishing
and fly tying subjects.

Judith
is a pro-angler from Greenville, Texas. She is a single full time
mother to her son Aaron who is current a college freshman majoring
in engineering.
In 2002, Judith started bass tournament fishing with the New Mexico
B.A.S.S. Federation, and the first official practice for the first
Federation tournament she fished was the first time she had ever
fished out of a boat. In 2005, she became involved with observing
and fishing as a co-angler for the B.A.S.S Elite Tour, and also have
participated in the Central Opens, WBT, BASS Weekend Series events,
and have been an official weigh judge in the boats for all four of
the PAA Toyota TX Bass Classics.
